I've been a student for 5 years. It's an excellent athletic program. The gym has great spaces to train, good equipment, and Fantastic Instructors. Like BT (Bryan Tidwell), a BJJ black belt, and an instructor with decades of experience teaching people at every skill level. He has an emphasis on movement, with new and old school techniques. Nashville MMA is an excellent place to start a fitness journey.
