All students are required to have their own gear.

However, we provide rental equipment for free to anyone taking a trial class.

New members can also use our gear for free during the first two weeks of their membership. This gives students time to identify their preferred gear before purchasing their own. If you forget something, we have rentals available for $5 per class.

The gym is incredibly welcoming! I mostly participate in the fitness classes and always get a good sweat. Our morning coach, Austin Tucker, is fantastic. He pushes you and is also fun. It's a great community.

Austin is such a good dude!! If you’re in Nashville and you’re looking for a CrossFit style workout that is constantly changing and challenging you then give his classes a shot! He is extremely helpful to those just starting out while also keeping it fun for the more experienced people. Also check out his intro to MMA and boxing classes as well. Solid group!!
