For all classes clean gear/clothes are required.
For our martial art classes, we do not wear shoes on the mat so slip-ons are recommended. We ask you to wear normal athletic clothes that do not have buttons, zippers, or pockets for all martial art classes.
Mouth Guards are recommended for anyone who wants to spar.
For our Jiu Jitsu Gi classes, a Gi and belt are required. The color of the gi is up to the student.
For Muay Thai gloves and shin guards are required (Rental Gear Available)

The gym is incredibly welcoming! I mostly participate in the fitness classes and always get a good sweat. Our morning coach, Austin Tucker, is fantastic. He pushes you and is also fun. It's a great community.

Austin is such a good dude!! If you’re in Nashville and you’re looking for a CrossFit style workout that is constantly changing and challenging you then give his classes a shot! He is extremely helpful to those just starting out while also keeping it fun for the more experienced people. Also check out his intro to MMA and boxing classes as well. Solid group!!
