Shannon Goughary, from Binghamton, NY, brings 14 years of combat sports experience to Nashville MMA Training Camp. Shannon's diverse martial arts career includes professional MMA and kickboxing competitions for promotions such as Bellator and Combate Global. She is an accomplished BJJ competitor with numerous medals, including IBJJF gold and Pan Ams bronze as a black belt.

Shannon tailors her coaching to each student's individual goals, emphasizing body-specific techniques to enhance performance.
