I've been training BJJ here since moving to Nashville 3 years ago and love the place. It's awesome that they have a full gym, plus BJJ, wrestling, judo, MMA, etc., all in one place. I've been training under BT (Bryan Tidwell) since I joined the gym and I learn something new every class I make because his coaching style is solid. He gives great instruction that is easy to follow for beginners, while still highlighting all the small details that can make a technique way more effective for more advanced students.
