Our mixed martial arts class is for people who want to learn the disciplines that make up MMA. It is an introduction to the fundamentals of each one, a base for anyone who wants to pursue MMA or wants striking and grappling that works.

Our courses combine techniques used in muay thai, boxing, kickboxing, and Brazilian jiu jitsu to give you workouts that build your strength and your technique. You will learn fundamental striking techniques, including punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, as well as grappling techniques, submissions, and takedowns.
For different levels and goals, Nashville MMA Training Camp offers a diverse range of MMA classes:
*Our gym policy is that members must train a minimum of 3 months before they’re allowed to spar and at least 6 months before the coaches will allow you to take a fight with us. Come ready to put in the work. If you are interested in joining the fight team please ask one of your coaches for more information on the joining process/requirements.
Students will learn basic combinations, footwork, takedowns, and submission holds, gradually building their understanding and proficiency in each area. There will be no live rolling in this class as the primary focus is to build your foundation so we will focus on proper form and drilling to build your muscle memory.
For those with some experience in MMA or a solid foundation in one or more martial arts, the intermediate MMA class provides a more challenging training environment. In this class, participants dive deeper into advanced techniques, strategies, and conditioning specific to MMA. Sparring sessions and controlled live drills are incorporated to simulate real fighting scenarios, allowing students to refine their skills and develop their ability to transition seamlessly between striking and grappling.
Our MMA Fight Team is invite only, for people who are going to compete. The sessions are hard: high-level sparring, advanced technique, fight-specific conditioning, and mental preparation. It is for people who intend to fight, amateur or pro.
Join us at Nashville MMA Training Camp and train MMA. Competition, self-defense, or learning the fundamentals for the first time: the program is an introduction to every discipline that makes up MMA.
