NCSF Strength & Conditioning Coach

USAW Level 1, Crossfit Lvl 1 Certified

Coach Tim grew up in Omaha, Nebraska where he grew up playing Hockey, Lacrosse, and Football. After playing college football at Northern Illinois, Coach Tim played four years in the NFL with the Miami Dolphins, San Diego / L.A. Chargers, Tennessee Titans, and Denver Broncos.

The gym is incredibly welcoming! I mostly participate in the fitness classes and always get a good sweat. Our morning coach, Austin Tucker, is fantastic. He pushes you and is also fun. It's a great community.

Austin is such a good dude!! If you’re in Nashville and you’re looking for a CrossFit style workout that is constantly changing and challenging you then give his classes a shot! He is extremely helpful to those just starting out while also keeping it fun for the more experienced people. Also check out his intro to MMA and boxing classes as well. Solid group!!
